
WA Day x Bankwest Bucket Hat Campaign
Campaign Overview
A token redemption campaign run through The West Australian and The Sunday Times, encouraging readers to redeem tokens at AMPOL locations for a free Bankwest bucket hat as part of Celebrate WA.
I created the full visual identity, inspired by the great West Australian road trip, with hand-drawn artwork centred on an illuminated road sign in colours drawn from the WA Day festival palette. This graphic system was adapted across print, social, and digital channels, with stop motion used to bring it to life in animated formats.
I also planned and directed a photoshoot with Fremantle Dockers player Luke Jackson and a young fan to generate authentic imagery that grounded the campaign in community.
